Do you take a percentage of nightly revenue?

No. We charge a flat monthly fee. The same price whether your property nets $3,000 or $12,000 a month. That keeps our incentives clean: we earn the same regardless of nightly rate, so we set rates for what’s right for the property, not what maximizes our cut.

Which platforms do you list on?

Airbnb and Vrbo are standard. Booking.com on request for properties that fit its guest profile. We do not multi-list onto smaller platforms unless they meaningfully add bookings, since cross-platform calendar conflicts hurt reviews.

How fast can you take over an existing listing?

Usually within 7 days. We migrate the existing reviews and listing history (your account stays in your name), rebuild the listing assets, and switch over with zero downtime.

What about short-term rental regulations in Victoria and Langford?

Both Victoria and Langford have specific short-term rental rules, and BC’s 2024 provincial framework adds more. We confirm your property’s eligibility before listing and won’t list a property that doesn’t qualify. If your property only allows mid-term stays (30+ nights), we can run that instead.
