Depends on the property. New-build Langford yields well but with more competition; Colwood Royal Bay performs strongly with longer-tenure tenants; View Royal mid-term near the hospital nets premium per-square-foot rents; Bear Mountain short-term rentals lead in summer revenue. We benchmark by property and neighborhood.
Do you manage portfolios across multiple West Shore cities?
